A leader in the circular economy of plastics, Pyrowave transforms some of the world’s most polluting plastics through an electrification process, reducing greenhouse gases and hazardous waste. To reflect the innovation of its technology and forward-thinking spirit, Sid Lee based the company’s new brand identity on the image of a spark.

The logo design was inspired by a retro-futuristic approach, with custom-made strokes of the spark reflecting different strands of progress that meet in the centre to symbolize ties with like-minded partners. Based on Pyrowave’s belief that the future will be electric, dark green was chosen to represent the environment, while shockwave yellow represented the company’s electrification processes. Powerful headlines were also designed to be circular in form and syntax.
