Material Requirements

NOTE: All Entries require visual examples of the work being entered, and only digital files will be accepted. Please refer to Eligibility & Guidelines for details on the entry requirements for each category and the specific items to be submitted with each entry.

While there is no official limit to the amount of supporting files you may include with each individual entry, we ask that you be cognizant of our judges' time, and only upload the assets that best showcase your entry within the lens of the category it is entered.

To ensure the smoothest application process, please use Google Chrome as your internet browser.

ACCEPTED FORMATS & TECHNICAL SPECS FOR ENTRY MATERIALS

Audio Files

  • File type: .mp3

  • Maximum size: 500MB

For longer format audio files (such as podcasts), the size limit is 500MB, but for any short-form content (such as radio ads under 2-minutes), please ensure the file size is significantly smaller (10-50MB).

Case Summary Documents

  • File type: .pdf

  • Maximum size: 500MB

  • 500 words maximum

  • Must not reveal name/logo of the creative/media agency

A Case Summary Document offers a description of your campaign as it applies specifically to the category in which you have entered it. If your campaign has multiple facets (i.e. elements of the campaign may appear in multiple categories), please address category relevance by explaining why it deserves recognition in this specific category, and how central that activity was to the campaign’s overall success.

We recommend including the following information in Case Documents:

Overview: What business challenge was this particular marketing campaign looking to address for the client? What were some important factors that were meaningful to the campaign and its success? What was the target audience?

Entry Description: How did the program work? Describe the execution, and any relevant factors such as how the work was presented to the public, involvement of users, (if applicable) how multiple elements tied together, etc.

Impact: As noted in the Judging Process section of this website, in relevant cases (i.e. PR, Direct, Digital categories, etc.) the jury will consider whether an entry delivered on its intended objectives, and evaluate the entry based on metrics and proof of results.

Case Boards

  • File type: .pdf

  • Maximum size: 500MB

  • Landscape/horizontal orientation

  • Must not reveal name/logo of the creative/media agency

A Case Board (or presentation board) offers a brief description of your campaign, along with some key visuals, providing a snapshot of the overall entry for our jurors. While not mandatory for any categories, a case board is an optional addition that is a great resource during final deliberations, and is appreciated for any larger/integrated campaigns.
