CASE SUMMARY
In far off places like Hong Kong and London, Kit Kat operates several imaginative chocolatories, a retail space where fans can try their hands at making Kit Kat fingers with whatever ingredients are on the menu. When the concept arrived in Canada, OneMethod was tasked with redesigning every aspect of the store, designing the space to feel more like a restaurant, with seated areas and recreations of Kit Kat fingers on the walls, the floors and in light fixtures on the ceiling. The agency also created the first-ever Kit Kat Chef’s Table, which gave Canadians a chance to immerse themselves in the Kit Kat making process and acted as a beacon in the mall and store, drawing shoppers inside.Credits
