Subway is known for its sandwiches, but some say its menu is predictable. “Globally Inspired Subway Series” sought to introduce a menu with more variety by showing a fictionalized Subway head chef and his journey of inspiration.
The film follows the chef as he makes his way across a desert, wades through rivers, takes notes at a street market and rides on trains, planes, buses and tuk-tuks. All along his epic journey, the film highlights that food from around the world is at the core
of the new menu.
