2025 Winner

Meridian Credit Union created “More Than a Number” to promote the personal service it provides to its members. The spot, which runs more than two minutes, features everyday situations and occasions where using names would typically be the norm, replacing them with account numbers instead. A line of people waiting for coffee orders in a dimly-lit shop are confused when the barista calls out an account number instead of a name. A room full of celebratory décor contrasts a child’s reaction when he sees the inscription on his birthday cake. These and other vignettes are interspersed with scenes of people walking in symmetrical lines, underscoring how people dislike being made to feel like they’re just another number.
