Pizza Hut found a problem in gaming culture: the longer you game, the colder your pizza gets. While players focus on the screen, their consoles heat up, reaching around 65 degrees Celsius – the ideal temp for keeping pizza warm. So Pizza Hut launched the “Pizza WRMR,” a 3D-printable device that turns a PS5 into a convection pizza warmer. Timed with the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the campaign partnered with Twitch streamer ZkMushroom to launch the innovation. Gamers could watch the WRMR in action and download the blueprint for free. In the end, it was downloaded 7,700 times, generated 29.1 million impressions in Canada and reached
more than 1.1 billion globally.
