To encourage safe sex, condom brand LifeStyles pulled real-time Australian search data on the top sexually transmitted infections and created a stunning visualization of STI transmission. The platform, created by FCB/Six, used real-time search activity around six STIs to create faux stock charts, based on the frequency of searches for words like “painful urination” or “herpes” on any given day.

“Publicly Traded” was also built to be a lead capture tool, where users received a price alert for a pack of condoms according to the “stock” price that day – with LifeStyles condoms becoming more affordable when potential transmission was on the rise.
