Kraft announced its arrival in the hazelnut category in 2020 with a comedic spot featuring a number of Italians – who one would expect to be loyal to the homegrown Nutella – reacting with remorse after discovering they quite enjoy the spread.

At first, the characters are seen laughing at the “funny Canadians” for using a teddy bear on the spread’s packaging. But once they taste the product, their poking fun turns to hysterical glee and tears of both joy and dismay as they realize that even they have to admit they love it.
