Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver believes all youth can be empowered to reach their full potential through mentorship.

The problem is that children are waiting three to four years just to be paired with a mentor. Most people think being a Big Brother is time-consuming. They don’t realize that it only takes as little as two hours a week. So Rethink helped the organization use its annual report to show prospective mentors that they have more spare time than they realize.

The agency created the first annual report that books itself into the spare timeslots of a digital calendar. Each calendar invite matched the time commitment of a Big Brother and also included a section of the annual report. Not only did the report showcase the Big Brother organization, it also proved that everyone has the spare time to make a difference in a kid’s life.
