If there’s any lesson to be gleaned from the Fyre Festival’s spectacular flameout, it’s that a great deck can sell anything. For its Agency of the Year showreel, John St. spun that insight into a new offering called “Decksecution,” and aimed to sell it by showcasing the power of the digital deck-building technology at its core. A two-minute promo video featured some of the platform’s key features (cool templates, a library of quotes lifted from Pinterest, and Jonah Hill GIFs) making the case that the “patented technology” can help sell even the most ill-advised ideas, from jumping off a bridge because your friends are doing it to diarrheainducing chips and dog vapes. “At the end of the day, it doesn’t have to be doable. It just has to be deckable.”Credits
