To build its brand awareness online, the Toronto Public Library asked Torontonians to write a novel together. Each new line was voted on via a Twitter poll, and the resulting work was digitally placed around the city, which people could read via an AR app. The library saw its follower count jump 234% from the previous month and the overall campaign earned 3.5 million impressions.
