To show how important SickKids is to its community, the foundation launched an interactive “Family Tree” on Family Day. By signing in, users see how connected they are to the hospital through former patients, family members and donors within their social network. Using connectedness to drive donations, the tree drove more than 13,000 new email opt-ins, surpassing the prospect goal by more than 550%.
