The Terry Fox Run was losing visibility among Canada’s many charity races. To raise awareness with a generation who didn’t grow up with Terry’s story, a TV campaign showed how remarkable his achievement was in an age before social media, using the tagline: “0 Likes. 0 posts. 0 shares. Millions of Followers.” Average donation levels increased and web traffic jumped 47% from last year’s race.
