Lottery winners can buy expensive artwork – that’s the insight behind Lotto-Max’s OOH campaign that placed giant billboards next to ads for the Musée National des Beaux-Arts du Québec. The Lotto-Max creative recreated the art in the museum’s ad, only this time on top of a lottery winner’s fireplace.
