For Father’s Day, Grip celebrated dads by asking them to help their sons make an ad. In a couple of spots, Grip creatives call their fathers to talk about their idea for a commercial. The results are wacky spots for LePage glue and Kokanee beer, with each father narrating the idea through animatics. For the glue ad, an entire family (and bull) find themselves stuck to the floor of a construction site, while the beer spot is about a Kokanee ranger driving up a mountain to help quench firefighters’ thirst while they tame a fire.
