People with Alzheimer’s often have difficulty recognizing family and friends. Targeting a younger audience of millennials, the Branch Out Neurological Foundation gave phone cards to young adults to encourage them to call their loved ones. But when they placed the call, their voice was modulated to the point where family members found them unrecognizable. The foundation also altered the voices of popular podcast hosts to demonstrate the suffering of those diagnosed with the disease.
