As part of its annual “Moving Day” push – tapping into the day Quebecers move en masse – IKEA showcased how much easier it is to move its flat-pack boxes than already built furniture. Offering up to 25% off purchases, transit ads featured the outline of the finished furniture piece in relation to the size of its box. “Move the box, unpack the furniture,” it said.
