McDonald’s placed a digital billboard near a popular Vancouver music festival. The ad’s digital fries mimicked a sound equalizer, getting bigger and smaller depending on the noise level at the
fest, while changing copy reflected how rowdy the concert was (“Sounds like someone is warming up,” for the quiet moments versus “So loud you can almost taste it,” for those particularly noisy songs).
